Coaches Meetings

There is a seasonal coaches meeting to review important information about the club and the coaching curriculum. A Director will notify you of this meeting.

Further, periodically throughout the year, the club may hold additional coaching development opportunities.

Coach Licensing

All coaches must meet or exceed the minimum coaching standards set forth by the Indiana Soccer Association. See the licensing standards here.

All registration fees for USSF, USC, and RMA coaching education courses are covered by Magic SC. Please review the coaching courses schedule here. To obtain reimbursement, please submit your receipts to the Executive Director and the Bookkeeper.

Risk Management

All coaches must be current on risk management related items, such as background checks, safe sport training, and concussion protocol.
