Evaluations

Magic holds evaluations every June to make teams for the following year. If not during our June evaluations, players born 2014 or older and not currently registered with another club are eligible to join a Magic SC Academy or Travel team on a rolling basis.

Interested players will be asked to attend practice for a team in their respective age group. This will give the coaches a chance to evaluate the player and determine the best team assignment.

If you are interested in playing for Magic SC and you cannot make June evaluations, then please do the following:

  1. Email the Executive Director ([email protected]) to let him know your interest. Provide your player’s birth year in the email.
  2. Wait to receive an email from a club/team representative with information about the practice schedule.
  3. Attend practice and speak with the coach/director afterward.
Evaluation dates for the 2022-2023 Season.
Academy Evaluations
  • Ages: Boys and Girls Born 2014-2013.
  • Date: Monday, June 13, 2022.
  • Time: 6:00–7:30pm (5:30pm check-in).

    • If you cannot attend Academy Evaluations, you should still register and we will finalize team placement at a later time.

Travel Evaluations
  • Boys and Girls Born 2012-2010.
    • Date: Tuesday & Wednesday, June 14 & 15, 2022.
    • Time: 5:45–6:30pm (5:15pm check-in).

    • Date: Tuesday & Wednesday, June 14 & 15, 2022.
    • Time: 7:00–7:45pm (6:30pm check-in).
